MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Allen was born in Lufkin, TX and grew up in the Pollok community. He attended Central High School and then went on to Angelina College and Stephen F. Austin State University. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine with Texas A&M.He currently practices Emergency Medicine while pursuing an integrative medicine fellowship with American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
After years of practicing Emergency Medicine and only seeing the end result in poor health choices, he decided to search for more answers and a different approach to health.
He believes traditional medicine only treats the end result and really wants to teach his patients how to be preventative with lifestyle choices. He understands that most diseases that kill Americans are preventable and reversible with simple choices.
He is married to his wife Sarah, and has three children Adeline, Peyton and Liza. He enjoys working out daily and practices Jiu Jitsu at Silverback Jiu Jitsu in Lufkin, TX.
